For 10 years, I worked as a caregiver, care manager, and counselor at a special nursing home and day service center. I also worked as a social worker at a community comprehensive support center, providing counseling services, and served as the director of the community comprehensive support center. I have also conducted dementia classes at elementary and junior high schools, given welfare-related lectures in the community, and participated in other speaking engagements. On April 1st, 2024, I started my own business and began a new career as a trainer and lecturer! I established a [Lecturer Training School] for care managers and caregivers, and 42 students graduated as the first class in October 2025. 56 students enrolled in the second class. The third class is scheduled to begin in May 2027.
