Through gentle, intuitive movements and targeted impulses, we help the body release excess energy—especially in the psoas area—and let go of deep-seated tension. What to expect in this session: Somatic Bouncing & Shaking: To calm the nervous system and loosen the fascia. Psoas Release: Gentle impulses in Butterfly Pose to allow stagnant energy to flow. Hip-Opening Twists & Mobility: Intuitive movements in Tabletop and 90/90 Seated Pose for supple hips. Deep Relaxation: A nourishing final relaxation (Shavasana) to find the balance between fullness and letting go. This practice is an invitation to yourself to become heavy, to let go of resistance, and to fully immerse yourself in the present moment. It's perfect for unwinding after a long day or giving your body an extra dose of self-love.
