15 minute ballet inspired full body Pilates workout for lean legs, toned abs, defined back and strong glutes. This workout is great for every day strength and stability and can be done as part of a warm up before ballet class to make you feel balanced. It’s also great for when you’re short on time and want to power up your muscles with a quick full body routine. This workout has a warm up and cool down. Each exercise in the workout portion of the video follows a pattern of 40 seconds on and 10 seconds rest and there are no repeats.
