Journey to Astavakrasana (60 min vinyasa flow)

JOURNEY TO ASTAVAKRASANA 60 min vinyasa yoga flow level 3 If you are up for a fun challenge then this class is for you. We'll be preparing for Astavakrasana (eight angle pose), an arm balance that requires a combination of hip flexibility and strength, a twist as well as core and shoulder stability. Begin with some targeted mobility work for the hips and shoulders, followed by a standing sequence with lunges and lizard pose.
