ACCESS YOUR SIDE BODY 50 min vinyasa yoga flow level 2 Get more access to your side body, building strength for side bends through this active vinyasa flow. In the warm up we will meet and isolate the muscles we are targeting. After that we will build up a side body strengthening sequence of poses in a ladder flow style. End with an arm balance before winding down.
