These stretches will help release tension and restore balance. Counterposes: Find relief from the positions you use most during paddling and surfing. Eagle Arms, Downward Facing Dog, and 90-90 hip work will be your allies. Supine Twist: Wind down with a gentle supine twist. Allow your spine to unwind and your breath to soothe any soreness.
