Varjita tena bhavanti apāyā, varjita tena bhavanti kumitrāḥ, kṣipru sa paśyati taṁ Amitābhaṁ, yasy imu Bhadra-cari-praṇidhānam. Through this vow, one is kept far from lower realms, and kept far from harmful companions. One will quickly behold Amitābha Buddha, by possessing this noble aspiration of Samantabhadra. 即常遠離惡知識， 永離一切諸惡道， 速見如來無量光， 具此普賢最勝願。 이 서원을 지닌 이는 언제나 악한 인연을 멀리하고, 모든 나쁜 길을 영원히 떠나며, 곧 무량광 여래, 아미타불을 뵙게 됩니다. 이것이 보현보살의 가장 수승한 서원입니다. 56. Lābha sulabdha sujīvitu teṣāṁ, svāgata te imu mānuṣa-janma, yādṛśa so hi Samantatabhadras, te’pi tathā na-cireṇa bhavanti. For such people, true benefit and a noble life are easily obtained. Their human birth becomes meaningful and blessed. Before long, they will become like Samantabhadra himself. 此人善得勝壽命， 此人善來人中生， 此人不久當成就， 如彼普賢菩薩行。 이 사람은 훌륭한 삶과 수명을 얻고, 사람으로 태어난 뜻을 참되게 이룹니다. 그리 오래지 않아 보현보살과 같은 행을 성취하게 됩니다. 57. Pāpaka pañca anantariyāṇi, yena ajñāna-vaśena kṛtāni, so imu Bhadra-cariṁ bhaṇamānaḥ, kṣipru parikṣayu bhoti aśeṣam. Even the five most serious negative deeds, committed through the power of ignorance, will quickly be destroyed without remainder by reciting this noble conduct of Samantabhadra. 往昔由無智慧力， 所造極惡五無間， 誦此普賢大願王， 一念速疾皆消滅。 지난날 지혜가 없어 지극히 무거운 오무간업을 지었다 하더라도, 이 보현대원왕을 독송하면 한 생각 사이에 빠르게 모두 소멸됩니다. 58. Jñānatu rūpatu lakṣaṇataś ca, varṇatu gotratu bhotir upetaḥ, tīrthika-Māra-gaṇebhir adhṛṣyaḥ, pūjitu bhoti sa sarva-triloke. One will be endowed with wisdom, beauty, excellent marks, noble appearance, and noble lineage. One will be unconquered by Māras and false paths, and will be worthy of honor throughout the three worlds. 族姓種類及容色， 相好智慧咸圓滿， 諸魔外道不能摧， 堪為三界所應供。 가문과 모습과 용모가 훌륭해지고, 상호와 지혜가 모두 원만해지며, 모든 마군과 외도가 꺾을 수 없고, 삼계가 마땅히 공양할 만한 사람이 됩니다. 59. Kṣipru sa gacchati Bodhi-drumendraṁ, gatva niṣīdati sattva-hitāya, budhyati Bodhi pravartayi Cakraṁ, dharṣayi Māru sa-sainyaku sarvam. Quickly one goes to the supreme Bodhi tree, and sits there for the benefit of all beings. One awakens to enlightenment, turns the Dharma Wheel, and subdues Māra with all his armies. 速詣菩提大樹王， 坐已降伏諸魔眾， 成等正覺轉法輪， 普利一切諸含識。 그는 곧 보리수의 큰 나무 아래에 이르러, 앉은 뒤 모든 마군을 항복받고, 바른 깨달음을 이루어 법륜을 굴리며, 모든 중생을 널리 이롭게 합니다. 60. Yo imu Bhadra-cari-praṇidhānaṁ, dhārayi vācayi deśayito vā, Buddha vijānati yo’tra vipāko, Bodhi viśiṣṭa ma kāṅkṣa janetha. Whoever upholds, recites, or teaches this aspiration of Samantabhadra’s conduct, only the Buddha fully knows its result. Do not doubt that it leads to supreme awakening. 若人於此普賢願， 讀誦受持及演說， 果報唯佛能證知， 決定獲勝菩提道。 누구든지 이 보현보살의 서원을 읽고 외우며 받아 지니고 설한다면, 그 과보는 오직 부처님만이 다 아십니다. 반드시 수승한 깨달음의 길을 얻게 됩니다. 61. Bhadra-cari-praṇidhāna paṭhitvā, yat kuśalaṁ mayi saṁcitu kiṁcit, eka-kṣaṇena samṛdhyatu sarvaṁ, tena jagasya śubhaṁ praṇidhānam. By reciting this aspiration of Samantabhadra’s conduct, whatever goodness I have gathered, may it all be fulfilled in a single instant, and may the pure vows of all beings be accomplished. 若人誦此普賢願， 我說少分之善根， 一念一切悉皆圓， 成就眾生清淨願。 어떤 사람이 이 보현보살의 서원을 독송한다면, 제가 그 선근의 작은 부분만 말한다 하더라도, 한 생각 속에 모든 공덕이 원만해지고, 중생을 위한 청정한 서원이 성취됩니다. 62. Bhadra-cariṁ pariṇāmya yad-āptaṁ, puṇyam anantam atīva viśiṣṭam, tena jagad vyasanaugha-nimagnaṁ, yātv Amitābha-puriṁ varam eva. By dedicating the boundless and supreme merit gained through Samantabhadra’s noble conduct, may all beings drowning in the floods of suffering swiftly go to the excellent realm of Amitābha. 我此普賢殊勝行， 無邊勝福皆迴向， 普願沉溺諸眾生， 速往無量光佛剎。 제가 닦은 이 보현보살의 수승한 행과 끝없는 뛰어난 복덕을 모두 회향하오니, 고통 속에 빠진 모든 중생들이 속히 무량광불의 국토로 나아가기를 원합니다.
