Click here for the recruitment form↓ https://www.sanpi-ryoron.com/recruit/ ■Shrimp and chive ball (serves 2-3) [Ingredients] 4 eggs, 8 shrimp, 1/2 chive, 1/4 long onion, 3 tablespoons of salad oil, a little salt, a moderate amount of potato starch, a little sake, a little black pepper A (2 teaspoons of sake, 2 teaspoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar) [How to make] ① Crack the eggs and beat them in a bowl Mix A together. ② Cut the chives into 4-5cm lengths Finely chop the long onions Mix with the beaten eggs from ①. ③ Remove the shells and vein from the shrimp Rub with salt, potato starch, and a little sake Rinse quickly with water and wipe dry. If the shrimp are large, cut them into 2-3 pieces and coat with potato starch (a moderate amount). ④ Quickly boil the shrimp in boiling water, then drain them in a colander. ⑤ Add salad oil (3 tablespoons) to a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Add the shrimp, add a little salt and pepper and stir fry quickly. Pour in the beaten eggs from step ② and stir fry gently, using a spatula to alternate between the outside and the inside. ⑥ Place in a serving dish and sprinkle with a little black pepper.
