Note: The video features strawberries, blueberries, apricots, and green-fleshed honeydew melon. Preparation: Rinse the millet thoroughly and place it in a pot with the milk to boil. Stir frequently. As it thickens, stir in 100 g of the sugar and the vanilla powder. Rinse the raisins thoroughly and mix them into the millet as well. In a separate bowl, mix the other 100 g of powdered sugar with the sour cream and set aside. Wash the fruits thoroughly. Peel, core, etc. if necessary. Transfer the cooked millet into a serving bowl and shape it into a cone. Spread the sweetened sour cream over the surface and decorate it with the fruit. Serve alongside the remaining fruit and sweetened sour cream.
