Supine Hypopressives Class | Pelvic Floor Safe Breath & Core Coordination

This supine class focuses on gentle Hypopressives, breath awareness and deep core coordination in a supported lying position. Working from supine helps you slow things down, reconnect with your rib cage, diaphragm and pelvic floor, and explore pressure management without unnecessary gripping or strain. This class is ideal if you: • are new to Hypopressives • want a gentle pelvic floor safe session • experience heaviness, leaking or pressure • need a slower, more supported starting point • want to improve breath and core coordination Inside this session we explore: • 360° breathing in supine • rib cage movement and diaphragm awareness • pelvic floor coordination without over-squeezing • gentle abdominal and postural organisation • pressure management in a supported position • breath-led core support This session is not about forcing strength. It is about creating better coordination, better awareness and more functional support from the inside out. Take your time, move slowly and let the breath lead.
