The session combines breath-led Hypopressives with gentle functional movement patterns inspired by Pilates. Together they help improve posture, core coordination, and pelvic floor support in a calm and intelligent way. Rather than focusing on squeezing or pushing harder, this class focuses on timing, breath, and whole-body integration. What we explore in this class: Hypopressive breathing and rib expansion, Pilates-inspired strength and control, Pelvic floor coordination without gripping, Core support without bracing, Posture and alignment, Functional movement patterns. The aim is to create strength that supports you in real life, not just on the mat.
