This 22-minute class is a gentle, breath-led flow designed to help you explore spinal mobility in a way that feels supportive, spacious and calm. Rather than forcing stretch or chasing big movement, this session invites the spine to move with more ease and intelligence. Through carefully chosen positions and transitions, you will explore how the neck, rib cage, thoracic spine, lower back and pelvis work together, and how breath can help create more space and freedom through the whole body. This is a lovely class for days when you feel stiff, braced, compressed or a little disconnected in your body. It can also be a beautiful way to improve posture, body awareness and confidence in movement without needing anything harsh or complicated. In this class, you will explore: gentle spinal mobility breath-led movement rib cage and thoracic movement pelvic support and organisation a softer relationship between posture and motion more ease through the whole body This session is about helping the spine feel less stuck and more alive, while supporting the nervous system at the same time.
