Breathe, Move, Release | 37-Minute Breath and Release Class
This 38-minute class is a gentle breath and release practice designed to help you soften tension, settle your nervous system and reconnect with your body. Using breath-led movement and restorative release work, this session invites the body to unwind gradually rather than being pushed or forced. It is a chance to slow down, create space and feel more supported through the rib cage, spine, pelvis and whole body. This is a lovely class for days when you feel tight, braced, overwhelmed or disconnected. The focus is on ease, awareness and allowing the body to reorganise in a calmer, more supported way. In this class, you will explore: breath awareness gentle release work body softening and unwinding rib cage and spinal connection pelvic and whole-body support nervous system calm a more spacious relationship with movement This class is ideal if you want something soothing but still purposeful — a practice that helps you breathe more fully, release unnecessary tension and feel more at home in your body. If you are looking for a gentler way to move without fear, this is a beautiful class to return to.
