Low Back Stretch & Release - 10 mins

This short session provides gentle stretching designed to stretch the low back and surrounding areas, providing relief from tension or discomfort. Poses include seated twists, side stretching, cat/cow spinal movements, seated lumbar traction and release, and hip & hamstring stretching. This is a good practice to return to whenever you are feeling a little sore in the low back and need a quick fix.
