Morning Movement & Meditation - 15 mins
This short sequence is intended as a morning practice, using gentle movement to wake the body and prepare for a short seated mediation focused on the breath. The practice includes slow-paced sun saluations with stretching to warm up the legs, hips, spine and shoulders before setting into a short guided meditation. Feel free to revisit this practice as part of your morning routine, or any time of day to center yourself and channel your focus.
