Pilates Mat

Join me for this Pilates mat session 'Ab Fab' designed to strengthen the core, and build full-body stability using nothing but your body weight. Expect mindful movement, intentional breath and a series of exercises that will help improve strength, control and connection through the centre of the body. Please move at a pace that feels appropriate for your body and modify or rest whenever needed. This class includes abdominal work, spinal flexion and rotational exercises and is not suitable during pregnancy. If you are pregnant, recovering from injury, experiencing pain, or have any medical concerns, please seek guidance from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before participating.
