Join me for this Pilates mat session with a focus on strengthening and connecting to the inner thighs, hips and deep stabilising muscles of the core. Through mindful, controlled movement, we'll explore strength, stability and alignment while building greater awareness of how the inner thighs support movement throughout the entire body. Please move at a pace that feels appropriate for your body and modify or rest whenever needed.
