Filling: Cottage cheese (5-9%) – 540 g (3 packs of 180 g); Sugar – 70 g (4 tbsp); Vanillin – a pinch; Egg yolk – 1; Cornstarch – 10 g (1 tbsp). Glaze: Powdered sugar – 150 g; Milk – 2-3 tbsp. For greasing: Egg yolk – 1; Milk – 1 tbsp. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes. Use top and bottom heat, no convection.
