Why has government historically been seen as the villain in the eyes of citizens? When we recognize the ties that bind civil society and government, we will be able to address public problems innovatively and with an intersectoral approach. Nallely has 12 years of experience in social innovation, ecosystem development, public innovation, and talent management. She holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Universidad La Salle Noroeste, a Master's degree in Emotional Ecology from the Institut d'Ecología Emocional, and a Master's degree in Public Administration and Public Policy from Tecnológico de Monterrey. She worked for seven years at Ashoka as Director of Strategic Partnerships, promoting the vision of a world of change agents and social entrepreneurs in Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean. In recent years, she led local projects at Bravura, focusing on collective impact and systemic change. She is currently a professor of Social Entrepreneurship and Models of Citizen Participation at Universidad La Salle Noroeste.
