The voice has a powerful influence. In this informative talk, Emma reveals the keys to using our voice to be more persuasive. These keys are drawn from her own recent research. Emma has spent over 20 years researching and teaching how to use the voice for public speaking. She is a journalist and a tenured professor in the Department of Communication at Pompeu Fabra University (UPF), with doctorates in Communication and Psychology. She is the author of more than 12 books and 70 scientific articles on voice and speech, and has extensive experience working in radio.
