Throughout the Second World War, there were many different doctors and nurses who became brutes inside of the concentration camps. Waldemar Hoven was an SS doctor who worked inside of Buchenwald and he was involved in barbaric experiments that led to the executions of hundreds of prisoners. He injected them with deadly poisons and he became known for being an executioner rather than a doctor. Waldemar Hoven also had an affair with Ilse Koch, the evil wife of the Commandant of Buchenwald who was also known for her brutality. But at the end of the Second World War, Waldemar Hoven was brought to trail and he was condemned to death for his horrific crimes. He was left on death row inside of Landsberg Prison for many months until he was then summoned to the gallows to be meet the executioner.
