Click here for the recruitment form: https://www.sanpi-ryoron.com/recruit/ ■ BBQ Spare Ribs (Serves 3-4) [Ingredients] 800g pork spare ribs, 1 bunch watercress, 1/4 lemon, 1 onion, 1 clove ginger (approx. 15g), 1 clove garlic (approx. 5g) A (4 tablespoons ketchup, 1 tablespoon medium-thick sauce, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sake) B (1 tablespoon sugar, a pinch of pepper) [Directions] 1. Grate the onion, wrap it in gauze, squeeze out the excess water, and place it in a bowl. 2. Grate the garlic and ginger, add them to the bowl, and mix with A. 3. Place the spare ribs in a plastic bag. Add B and rub in. Add the sauce from B and rub in. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. ④ Arrange ③ on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a 200°C oven for about 30 minutes. *Turn over halfway through and brush with additional sauce. ⑤ Place on a serving dish and garnish with watercress and lemon.
