Travel Vlog #150 – The journey to the North Cape has truly begun! After all the preparations, buying our camper, and the first test trip through the Netherlands, we are finally really hitting the road. Our new journey takes us via Germany, the Baltic States, and Finland to the North Cape. In this vlog, we depart from Camping De Zwiese in Hardenberg heading towards Germany. Our first stop is in Helmstedt, where we spend the night at a camper site near the old border area between East and West Germany. Naturally, we also visit the impressive border museum there. Afterwards, we drive on to Camping City Süd in Brandenburg, near Potsdam, the Wannsee, and Berlin. From the campsite, we take beautiful bike rides past historical sites, remarkable buildings, and nature around the river. Next, we move the camper to Wohnmobil Oase Berlin, a camper site less than 5 kilometers from the center of Berlin. From there, we explore the city further by bike. We visit, among other places: • Alexanderplatz • the Fernsehturm • the Brandenburg Gate • unknown spots in Berlin This vlog is the real start of a new adventure with our Hymer camper.
