Ground work session- 4 year old Arabian/Andalusian

Training Session- Amira Here is a ground work training session for the 4 year old Arabian/Andalusian mare Tom has in training.  She is a beautiful horse.  Such a character too. It is nice to have a couple horses in training that are smart and willing to learn.  This horse wants to have fun and wants all the attention.  The little red mare, Mia, is curious but cautious.  She has the street smarts to survive.  Both owners want  the all around horse they can go do everything they want to do. Tom starts everyone on the ground.  Everything he is teaching will be familiar to the horse once he steps in the saddle.  In this video he talks about how important it is to do things on both sides.  The right side is usually the sensitive or reactive side.  The horse may even tip their head to see you with their left eye when you are on the right side.  Tom gets them to use their whole body.  To be in balance so the rider is in balance.  He will go over some drills and point out some things that has been brought up with those we have spent time with.💕🐎
