Gharra Fynbos Beer of the Cederberg, Western Cape, South Africa In this video, we learn about Gharra berries and Gharra beer making with Andrijes in Vleiplaas with Joanie in Kleinvlei. This is a practice practiced over many generations. They both also share childhood stories about other wild foods from the Cederberg. their medicinal power and the challenges of new generations showing less interest in leaning about veld kos (wild foods).
