Scalloped Potato Casserole 3 Large Russet Potatoes (sliced to 1/8" thickness) 3 TBS unsalted butter 3 TBS flour 2 tsp minced garlic 1 1/2 cups whole milk 1/2 cup heavy cream 3 ounces cream cheese 1 cup mozzarella cheese 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese salt (to taste) black pepper (to taste) cayenne red pepper (optional) Cover with aluminum foil. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour. The uncover and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes to brown on top. Top with green onions and bacon if desired! Enjoy!
