SPANISH SARDINES PASTA - (TIPID PASTA IDEA: Try this!)

I'D LOVE TO SHARE THESE RECIPES WITH YOU. For this video is another easy recipe of Spanish Sardines Pasta using (local Filipino brand) 555 "Spanish Style" Sardines for the pasta sauce. Easy to prepare and yet so delicious! Pasok din sa budget meals! Detailed ingredients and instructions below: INGREDIENTS: 200g Pasta 2 (155g) cans of 555 Spanish Style Sardines 1 medium onion (diced) 5 cloves garlic (diced) 1/2 tsp pepper 1 tsp sugar Pinch of salt (to taste) 5 medium tomatoes (diced) additional: cheese for toppings (also try using parmesan cheese!) *COOKING INSTRUCTIONS Pre-cooking ~boil pasta for 12 mins, drain, and put aside. ~dice the onion, garlic, and tomatoes 1) Heat the pan (set to medium heat) and add the cooking oil (I used olive oil) 2) Sauté the onion and garlic 3) Add the tomatoes 4) Simmer for 2 mins (until the tomato juices/sauce appears) 5) Add the Spanish Style sardines (including the sauce in the can) and mix. 6) Add the pepper, sugar, and then salt to taste. 7) Simmer for another 2 mins. 8) Add in the cooked pasta, mix, and serve!
