CHICKEN ADOBO FLAKES - easy to cook!

THANK YOU! :) Detailed ingredients and instructions below: INGREDIENTS: 4 cups shredded chicken 4 tbsp soy sauce 4 tbsp vinegar 2 medium onion (diced) 8 cloves garlic (diced) 1/2 tsp pepper 1 tbsp sugar (to taste) Pinch of salt (to taste) 3 laurel leaves 3/4 cup oil *COOKING INSTRUCTIONS Pre-cooking ~boil the chicken and then shred its meat. ~dice the onion and garlic. 1) Heat the pan (set to medium heat) and add cooking oil. 2) Sauté the onion and then garlic 3) Add the shredded chicken, and mix. 4) Add soy sauce, mix. 5) Add the vinegar, but don't mix immediately - let it set for 1-2 minutes first. 6) Add the pepper, sugar, laurel leaves and then salt to taste. 7) Mix and simmer until dry. 8) Add in the cooking oil (set it to low-medium heat). 9) Slowly fry the chicken into flakes (10-15 minutes or until you see the flaky texture). 10) Serve and enjoy!
