EASY RECIPE: CREAMY CHICKEN MUSHROOM (gamit ang Knorr Cream of Mushroom - MASARAP PALA!)

Hi I'm Maribel, welcome to my cooking channel. This is my own recipe made out of finding ways to create more unique dishes this pandemic. I used the Knorr "Cream of Mushroom Soup" powder as the main ingredient for the sauce of this chicken dish. My family and I were surprised to find it very delicious!!! Detailed ingredients and instructions below: Ingredients: 1 kg Chicken *preferably legs and breast parts marinated in 1/2 tbsp. salt and 1/2 tsp pepper. Knorr "Cream of Mushroom" soup powder (68g) *diluted in 1 cup water 1 can of button mushrooms) 1/8 cut of a whole butter or 1 tbsp. of butter or any cooking oil (I used butter to make it more tastier but using cooking oil will also do) 3 medium potatoes (or add more according to your preference) 8 cloves of garlic (diced) 1 cup water 1 tsp pepper (or add more if you love pepper!) Reminder: you will not need to add any salt or fish sauce in this dish since the Knorr powder is already salty. Cooking Instructions: *Pre-cooking preparations 1) Dilute the Knorr powder in 1 cup water. 2) Marinate the chicken with 1/2 tbsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper. 3) Cut the potatoes into squares 4) Slice the button mushrooms into bite size or your preferred size 5) Dice the garlic *Cooking instructions 1) Melt the 1/8 cut butter / pour in your cooking oil into the heated pan (low heat) 2) Sauté the diced garlic 3) Add the chicken 4) Once the chicken is golden brown/half-cooked add 1 cup of water 5) Let it boil in low heat for about 15 minutes. 6) Add the cut potatoes 7) Add the sliced mushrooms 8) Pour the Knorr "Cream of Mushroom" mixture and let it boil in low heat for 15 minutes. 9) Add the pepper and let it boil in low heat again until (potato and chicken are) cooked and the sauce thickens.
