It’s been a while. I took a short break while traveling, but I’m back in New York and excited to get back to sharing more reviews ♥︎ Today, I’m visiting Dean’s, a newly opened British pub that’s been getting a lot of attention lately :) Dean’s is the latest project from Jess Shadbolt and Annie Shi, the team behind King, and the two spots are located right next to each other. Inspired by Shadbolt’s hometown along the Suffolk coast in England, the restaurant draws from classic British seaside culture. Even the name “Dean’s” comes from the last remaining day-boat fisherman in that region 😊 The idea here is to capture the traditional, casual charm of a British pub, while elevating the food, wine, and overall experience to match New York’s dining scene.
