We spent some time with Satoshi of Addict Clothes and dived into the details of the shop, the archive, the workshop where the motorcycles actually run. What we found wasn't a brand. It was a philosophy with a floor plan. Satoshi Ishijima didn't set out to make jackets. He set out to fix a record that had gone quietly wrong; mislabeled vintage, degraded tanning, a tradition being sold back to enthusiasts as a copy of a copy. New Vintage is his answer: garments built to become vintage, not garments pretending to already be it. Inside this issue: the archive that started it all, the material problem nobody else was solving, the zero-ichi jacket that hasn't changed in fifteen years, and the workshop where the theory gets tested against an actual engine.
