The restaurant I’m introducing today is Carbone, one of the most famous Italian restaurants in New York. 🍝🍷 Opened in 2013 in Greenwich Village, Carbone is operated by Major Food Group, the restaurant group behind another popular NYC restaurant, Torrisi. The restaurant recreates the atmosphere of a classic 1960s New York old-school Italian restaurant, from the interior to the service—servers even wear tuxedos, creating a very glamorous dining experience. 😃✨ Carbone is also well known as a celebrity hotspot, frequently visited by stars such as Rihanna, Kendall Jenner, Justin Bieber, and Taylor Swift, among many others. Because of its popularity, it’s often considered one of the hardest reservations to get in New York. 🔥 🐝 Pro tip Three types of bread, pickles, salami, and Parmesan cheese are served complimentary.
