LATARJET RECOVERY WEEK 7 - MRI COMPLETED + IMPROVEMENT FOOTAGE

In this week 7 Latarjet recovery update, I share a major step in my rehab journey: I finally completed my MRI scan, and I’ll receive the results on December 8th. While the nerve damage is still present and the diagnosis remains uncertain, this week brought something I really needed; real, visible improvement. Despite the nerve issues, I’m gaining strength, increasing my range of motion, and doing exercises I couldn’t even attempt a few weeks ago. I’ve started activating my biceps again, introduced new mobility and coordination drills, and even added rowing to my training for the first time since surgery. In this video, you’ll see plenty of gym exercises, physiotherapy drills, mobility work, and coordination exercises, along with my honest thoughts about waiting for MRI results and dealing with nerve damage during recovery. If you’re going through a Latarjet procedure or struggling with nerve complications, I hope this update gives you hope, clarity, and motivation to keep going. 📕 Free sneak peek latarjet E-book → https://payhip.com/b/lD0WZ 💪 Get my FULL latarjet rehab program → Get it here → https://shorturl.at/9sEDr 👉 CHAPTERS / BOOKMARKS 0:00 – 0:45 INTRO 0:45 SHORT UPDATE NERVE DAMAGE 2:18 PAIN 2:35 STIFFNESS 3:25 RANGE OF MOTION (CLIPS) 6:10 STIFFNESS EXERCISE 7:40 COORDINATION EX 8:15 GYM EX 11:00 IMPROVEMENT 11:10 PHYSIO 12:25 OUTRO →Collabs & business inquiries: [email protected] 🍿 Subscriber Count → 150 🎬 Watch next: →Watch my full Latarjet Recovery Journey: [   • NERVE DAMAGE UPDATE + EMG TEST / LATARJET ...  ] →Watch my PHYSIO excercises compilations:    • Physio Excercices POST SURGERY   →Nerve damage video:    • My Worst Fear Confirmed | LATARJET Nerve I...   🔔 Subscribe for weekly updates:    / @thelatarjetdiaries   Connect with me here: →Instagram:   / dylandejonghe   →Website: https://www.dylandejonghe.com DISCLAIMER I am not a doctor or physical therapist.
