I PUFFI - IL FILM [RECENSIONE] / I bambini meritano di meglio! C***O!!

The new Smurfs movie sucks. There I said it, and if you liked it, explain why. How can a movie like this appeal to children? Can you explain? It's crap! It seems like it was made by a bunch of boomers who have no idea what they're doing. The story is a poor man's version of three movies combined: Avengers, The Lego Movie, and especially Encanto. The protagonist has to find his talent because he doesn't have it?! ALREADY SEEN IT. The Smurfs who are superheroes? Are you kidding? And on top of that, they mention the multiverse?! Why?! Aside from Smurfette, Unnamed, Papa Smurf, and Ken, who at least do something, including a new character, most of the Smurfs are useless to the plot. Plus, there are characters who shouldn't exist, like that damn intern and that piece of shit turtle. They don't contribute anything to the story and are placed haphazardly. In fact, I correct myself, EVERYTHING is RANDOM!! The live-action parts make no sense, the animation doesn't know what it wants to be, the songs are forgettable, the jokes suck, the antagonist is mediocrity personified, but... the thing I hated most of all is that YOU DON'T KNOW WHERE THE FUCK IT'S SET! The Middle Ages? The future? The present?! What the fuck?! It's all wrong, from Smurfette's bad Italian voice, to the uncommitted talent, the random scenes, the idiocy of the humans, and the banality of the product itself. Sure, I expected a bad movie, but not NOTHING. This is worse than the live-action and The Lost Forest; in fact, it's the WORST animated film of the year. USELESS.
