This time, we'll introduce "Standing Parkinson's Disease Exercises!" These exercises move your entire body rhythmically and maintain a state of mobility. Since you'll be doing them while standing, if you're worried about falling, be sure to do them in a safe location where you can hold onto a handrail or wall.
