30 minutes Bodyweight Kettlebell HIIT | No Repeat

In this 30 minutes Bodyweight Kettlebell HIIT we will be working with a bundle of 3x movements. The first movement with the kettlebell, the second movement a bodyweight movement and the 3rd movement focusing one the core muscles. We will perform each movement for 40 seconds long and will have a 20 second rest in between. In this Workout I am using a 12kg (Blue), 16kg (Yellow) and a 20kg (Purple) Kettlebell.
