In this 40 Min Kettlebell Workout | Intense Full Body | No Repeat, we will have 8 circuits, each consisting of 6 movements: 1st and 2nd exercises: Uneven exercises with the kettlebell. 3rd exercise: Bodyweight. 4th and 5th exercises: Kettlebell exercises. 6th exercise: Bodyweight cardio. We will be performing each movement for 35 seconds with a 15-second rest, followed by a 30-second rest after each circuit. Warning! This is an intense workout!
