30 Min INTENSE Full Body Kettlebell Workout | Supersets + Complex Sets
This is a 30-minute kettlebell workout designed to develop explosive power, full-body strength, and conditioning in a compact, high-intensity session. The workout combines carefully structured supersets and complex sets to maximize efficiency and results, all in a short time frame. Workout Structure: Supersets: 12 superset bundles pairing a controlled combo exercise with an explosive movement. Each exercise is performed for 40 seconds with short transitions, followed by 20 seconds of rest between supersets. This segment targets strength endurance and explosive power. Complex Sets: 4 complexes, each containing 3 movements performed as many rounds as possible in 2 minutes. Rest 40 seconds between complexes. This portion builds conditioning, muscular endurance, and mental focus.
