If you liked my video, please subscribe 💕 🔹Casayun Instagram🔹   / casa_yun   👇🏻 More Bread Recipes 🍞 Korean Garlic Butter Bread    • 향이 예술~ 세상 폭신한 마늘버터 빵 만들기 ⎮ 손반죽 갈릭버터브레드   🍞 Soft and Chewy Butter Rolls    • 부드러움의 끝판왕 쫀득한 버터롤 만들기 | 빵집보다 맛있는 홈메이드 버터롤   🍞 Sausage Cheese Pizza Bread    • 맛보장 소시지 피자빵, 이제 이렇게 만들어보세요! :: 손반죽 소시지빵 만들...   Cinnamon Bread Pan 22x10x9.5(height) cm Tangzhong Milk 80ml Bread flour 20g Main dough Bread flour 300g Sugar 25g Salt 5g Instant dry yeast 5g Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp Milk 90-110ml Egg 1 Cream cheese 40g Tangzhong whole Unsalted butter 20g Filling Unsalted butter 40g Cinnamon sugar (sugar 30g, brown sugar 30g, cinnamon powder 1 Tbsp) Chocolate chips 50g (optional) 1. First, prepare the Tangzhong. Put milk and flour in a small saucepan and heat over medium-low heat while stirring continuously until thickened. Transfer to a clean bowl and cool to room temperature before use. 2. In another clean bowl, put all ingredients except butter in order and mix. Once the dough has come together, transfer it to the workbench. 3. After adding butter to the dough, start kneading by hand. Knead the dough for about 10-13 minutes until the dough is smooth and elastic. 4. Transfer the dough in a clean bowl, let it rise in a warm place until the dough has doubled in size. (About 1 hour - 1 hour and a half) 5. Transfer the dough to the workbench and roll it out into a square. (about 30x30cm). Spread soft room temperature butter on the surface, and cinnamon sugar and chocolate chips on top. Then cut the dough into 9 squares. 6. Lay the dough into the prepared pan one after the other. Cover the top and let it rise for about 35-45 minutes in a warm place. 7.
