Ingredients and recipe: Warm water 200 ml Dry yeast 7 g (2 tsp) Sugar 1 tbsp. Vegetable oil 110 ml Egg 1 pc. Yogurt 110 ml Salt 1 tsp. 1. Stir until all ingredients are dissolved All-purpose wheat flour 600 - 650 g (add in parts) 2. Mix well with a spatula 3. Knead the dough on the table for 4-5 minutes 4. The dough should be smooth and not stick to your hands. 5. Grease the bowl with vegetable oil 6. Place the dough in a bowl and let it rise for 45-50 minutes. 7. The dough turned out like a cloud, what beauty! 8. Divide the dough into two equal parts 9. Roll them into a ball 10. Roll out into a 30x40 cm rectangle Butter 100 g (50 g and 50 g) 11.
