Today I'm bringing you a typical Sevillian recipe, adapted to my own taste. It's a whisky-based sirloin, which I'm showing you how to make using Monsieur Cuisine, Mambo, and Thermomix. The ingredients you'll need are: About 600g pork sirloin 7 whole, unpeeled garlic cloves (cut to release juice) 100g Extra Virgin Olive Oil 200g whisky 200g beef or chicken broth The juice of half a lemon Salt and pepper
