Hello to all the vinyasa and power yogis! Today's class is a full-body free flow that is designed to help you get out of your head and help you connect to your body and breath! This class is a bit faster in pace and is designed to be a moving meditation. Get ready to sweat and engage every muscle in your body! Although this class is more intermediate- advanced, everyone is welcome to join in and challenge themselves! Variations will be given for most poses so if you need to modify any pose, please use whatever variation works best for you! If you are a beginner and feel like you would like to learn the basics and fundamentals of each pose first, feel free to check out the Yoga for Beginners series first!
