Hi! Staying with the theme of BIRD asanas :) Today's sequence will make you feel your legs first and foremost!! We'll deepen our practice by assuming the Raven pose, the Bowing Flamingo pose, and culminating in a Bird of Paradise flight. There will be plenty of interesting transitions and balance challenges. As always, I'll try to show you that yoga isn't boring and that practice can be a bit of fun. This recorded yoga lesson is dedicated to yogis with advanced levels, but it also welcomes those who are new to asanas. Remember to perform the poses in harmony with and respect your body. Don't be afraid to use yoga aids.
