E Aural Trainer - Sight Singing with accompaniment - Grade 6 Aural
Want a DISTINCTION in YOUR next ABRSM Exam? https://www.music-online.org.uk/2019/... E Aural Trainer - Sight Singing with accompaniment - Grade 6 Aural. In this video you will improve your sight singing skills to sing along with an accompaniment. In lower grades you already sight sang “in free time” and unaccompanied. Singing with an accompaniment in itself should not be any harder than unaccompanied, the piano part may even be helpful, often sharing notes with your vocal part. Just be careful not to be put off by something else going on. The main difference in developing your sight singing at this grade is you will need to sing in time - so take a moment to look at the rhythm as well as the notes. In order to sight sing well you need to hear the note in your head before you sing it, which is particularly difficult if the melody moves by intervals of more than a step. If you have not already watched it, you should see my playlist on recognising intervals before continuing with this video ~-~~-~~~-~~-~ Please watch: "STOP PRESS - Sample Papers for the NEW style ABRSM Music Theory Papers AVAILABLE NOW!!" • STOP PRESS - Sample Papers for the NEW sty... ~-~~-~~~-~~-~ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Listen to MusicOnline UK on Spotify https://open.spotify.com/album/7Cbh8c... ~~~~~~~~~~~ Join this channel to get access to perks: / @musiconlineuk
