Una ricetta tipica della nostra tradizione contadina: era ed è usanza prepararlo per Carnevale. Ricco di uova, formaggi freschi e salumi vari. Qui in versione più moderna. Ingredienti per uno stampo da ca. 30 cm di diametro: 300 g di bucatini o spaghetti o altro formato a piacere 6 uova 500 g di ricotta 200 g di formaggio primo sale (oppure 700 g solo ricotta) 400/500 g di salumi (salame, pancetta, mortadella) 100 g di formaggi grattugiati (pecorino e parmigiano) sale, pepe Le dosi sono indicative e possono essere variate.
