This machine is extremely versatile and compact, and depending on the product that has to be processed, it can be combined with different feeding devices: multi-head weigher, volumetric doser, etc. The machine can reach an operating speed of 90 bags/min. with double square bottom and 120 bags/min. with pillow bags. Unio 20 th is an innovative machine designed for filling cartons of various sizes with different types of packaging and products. The machine is provided with top-loading system (pick & place). The machine is characterized by its compactness and its small dimensions and it is equipped with an entrance to receive bags from a packaging machine. The packages are taken from a tracking drawer device by means of a double-comb compacting head and then placed at the opening of the trapdoor system and accompanied in close proximity of the opening of the cardboard. The carton is then transported to the top flap closing station. The final sealing of the cartons can be done by tape or glue.
