It was a beautiful sunny day, a cool breeze was blowing through the trees, and we were on a mission to roast chicken, Taiwanese style! This was a completely new experience for me. I’ve enjoyed the laborious and delicious results of Kongyao (as you can see in this previous video：    • 火山晚餐 - 我們家第一次控窯的經驗 （不簡單）Cooking your food ...  ), but I’ve never roasted a chicken in a can, with bamboo fuel. This was going to be interesting. Thanks to the Zhu family for coming over and helping us such a delicious meal, and precious memories for the children. We hope you enjoy today’s video.
