In today's video our 2 eldest daughters, aged 13 and 11, cook up some simple yet delicious Thai food. You should try to make it at home, it's not that hard. The main dish is called "Laab" (larb? sp?) in Thai. Because it's gluten-free, the little ones won't have an upset stomach or feel bloated after they devour every bite. Laab (the spicy Thai ground pork dish) is also a great tool for training your children to eat spicy food. We like to make 1 dish that's spicy, and 1 that isn't. Once the children finish the non-spicy one, they'll probably want some more, and build up the courage to try the spicy one. It's really that good. I'll try to put the recipes up in the next week.
