Training With Will Anglin - Episode 1 - Power Endurance

Today starts episode 1 of the training series with Will. Adin is the first man out and he needs to work on his power endurance, so will gave him a pretty fun looking and very hard exercies to work with, so im stoked i can share it with you guys. Climb for 20 sec, Rest for 10 sec, Do this for 8 times And that is 1 set, try and see how many you can do guys, i will start doing this my self aswell.
