【デカ盛り】買わずに作る、82歳の恵方巻き。

Good evening! Thank you very much for always watching Obayasa 🙇‍♂️ The cold days continue — how is everyone doing? ⛄️ This time, in celebration of the Japanese seasonal event Setsubun, we tried making Ehō-maki! We used plenty of vegetables from our garden and had a lot of fun making it 😊 The lucky direction for this year is south-southeast. According to tradition, Ehō-maki should be eaten in silence while facing this direction ☺️ We sincerely hope everyone stays healthy throughout the year. In addition to making Ehō-maki, the video also shows transplanting a buntan tree, so there’s plenty to see — please watch until the end 😊 Ingredients (2 rolls / serves 2–3) Sushi rice: about 2 cups Nori sheets: 2 Filling: Cucumber: 1 Lettuce: 3–4 leaves Spinach: 1 bunch (blanched and drained) Eggs: 3 (thick Japanese omelet) Crab sticks: 6 Salmon: 150–200g ※ Adjust the amount of ingredients as you like. ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー We live in the countryside of Fukuoka Prefecture and tend the garden together with my grandmother. We mainly share her wisdom and daily life 🌱 → Instagram   / obatoyasai   =======================
